We left our careers to build the program we couldn't find anywhere.

Every coach we saw required clients to already know what they were doing. We kept thinking "who's serving the women who are capable and motivated but just need the right team?"

Jennifer left a career as a speech pathologist. José walked away from over two decades of in-person training. Together, they moved to Mexico and built The Bridge around one gap they kept seeing - serious women in their 40s and 50s who had no program built for where they actually were.

Jennifer brings the healthcare side; José brings the training side. You don't have to choose which one matters more - because with us, you get both.

We'd rather tell you upfront than have you join and be frustrated. This program requires something from you - and that's intentional.

  1. You want a quick fix. The Bridge is 12 weeks for a reason. If you're looking for a 7-day detox or a crash result, this isn't it. We are here for lasting change.
  2. You're not willing to show up consistently. Two coaches doesn't mean we do the work for you. We design the plan. We support you and hold you accountable. You still have to execute.
  1. You want someone to just tell you you're doing great. That's not coaching - that's cheerleading. Jennifer and José will be kind and supportive, but they'll also be honest. Always.
  2. You're not ready to prioritize yourself for 12 weeks. This is an investment of time, energy, and money. If right now genuinely isn't the moment, that's okay. The Bridge will still be here.
